Super Wash always works very carefully and always does its utmost to treat your clothes with the utmost care. Yet sometimes something can go wrong, such as a button that comes loose from a jacket or a zipper that no longer closes properly. We work partly with an “own risk” principle.
Super Wash cannot guarantee the loss or damage to buttons, buckles, zippers, belts or curtain hooks.
Super Wash is not liable for damage caused by incorrect, incomplete or illegible labeling.
Super Wash treats dyed fabrics, damage or stains not previously reported at your own risk.
Super Wash is not liable for any treatment that has been carried out against our advice.
Super Wash cannot deliver goods without a receipt.
Super Wash is not responsible for goods that are not collected within 6 months.
Super Wash answers any complaints in writing.
Super Wash only accepts overtreatments if the receipt is still in the clothing.
It is also a condition that you bring the receipt of the treatment.
